
Three new public issues are set to debut next week, providing investors with a slate of options across various sectors. Pranav Constructions’ IPO opens first on September 7, followed by Prasol Chemicals and Glass Wall Systems on September 8.
Pranav Constructions IPO
The Mumbai-based redevelopment company, established in 2003, aims to raise Rs. 351.03 crore. The IPO has a price band of Rs. 118 to Rs. 124 per share, with a lot size of 120 shares. Retail investors need a minimum investment of Rs. 14,880 to participate.
The issue opens for subscription on September 7 and closes on September 9. Basis of allotment is expected on September 10, with shares likely listing on September 15 on BSE and NSE. In FY26, the company’s revenue grew 20% year-over-year to Rs. 761.60 crore, while net profit increased 15% to Rs. 71.32 crore.

The fresh issue portion amounts to Rs. 315.6 crore, with an offer for sale of 28,56,869 shares by Bio Urja India Infra Private Limited making up the total size.
Prasol Chemicals IPO
The specialty chemicals company, founded in 1992, seeks to raise Rs. 500 crore through its IPO opening on September 8. The price band ranges from Rs. 643 to Rs. 676 per share, with bidding closing on September 10. Allotment is expected on September 11, and shares are scheduled to list on September 16 on both exchanges.
Retail investors can bid for a minimum of Rs. 14,872 for 22 shares, which constitutes one lot. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs. 80 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 420 crore. At the upper price band, Prasol Chemicals’ valuation stands at approximately 47 times FY26 earnings, based on an EPS of Rs. 14.33.
The latest grey market premium is around Rs. 100 as of September 4. The potential listing price for the IPO is expected to be Rs. 676, with a gain of approximately 14.79%.

Glass Wall Systems IPO
Glass Wall Systems, established in 2010, provides facade and fenestration solutions across India, the US, and Australia. The company aims to raise Rs. 427.89 crore through its IPO opening on September 8 and closing on September 10. The price band is Rs. 172 to Rs. 182 per share, with a lot size of 82 shares requiring a minimum investment of Rs. 14,924.
The total issue size comprises a fresh issue of Rs. 60 crore and an offer for sale of Rs. 367.89 crore. Allotment for the Glass Wall Systems IPO is expected on September 11, with listing scheduled for September 16 on BSE and NSE.
The latest grey market premium for Glass Wall Systems IPO is Rs. 40 as of today. In the grey market, the IPO is trading at Rs. 222, hinting at a potential gain of 21.98%.
