KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) will distribute an interim dividend for the 2023 financial year. This company plans to distribute a dividend of IDR 28 per share. The distribution plan has received permission from shareholders and will be held on December 1, 2023.

– Ex dividend in regular and negotiated markets: 14 December 2023
– Cum dividends on the cash market: December 15, 2023
– Ex dividend on cash market: 18 December 2023
– Recording date for dividends: 15 December 2023
– Dividend payment: December 21, 2023

This means that shareholders whose names are recorded in the shareholder register until 15 December 2023 until 16.00 WIB will be entitled to receive the interim dividend. Tuesday (5/12), BFIN’s share price closed at IDR 1,115 per share, down 3.4% from the previous day. If we use the stock price as a reference as of Tuesday, the dividend yield is 2.5%.

Previously, BFIN management explained that it would distribute dividends of 50% of net profit, divided into two, namely final dividends and interim dividends. As of September 2023, BFI Finance has pocketed a net profit of IDR 1.17 trillion, down 10.69% on an annual basis.
